As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic, customer-service oriented leader, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment to fill our part-time Member Services Coordinator role. Having a passion for health and fitness is important and retail/sales experience is a plus!
Requirements
In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI Members and Guests
- Offering tours of our facility, educating visitors on our services, and onboarding new members
- Following up with visitors and prospects to reach monthly sales goals
- Helping maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our fitness center and amenities
- Understanding our ClubReady Operating System and updating Member and Guest accounts

To be a great fit, you’ll have:
- Availability to work Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15 pm - 9:15 pm, Saturdays 6:30 am - 11:30 am, and Sundays 7:30 am - 12:30 pm - flexibility preferred
- 2 Years of customer service experience
- Effective computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems
- Retail/Sales experience
- An attentive & energetic personality
- A self-starter mentality and ability to work autonomously
What you’ll get as a member of our team:
- Hourly pay starting at $13 - $16, with time and a half premium pay if working a holiday
